Ahh Crap!!
Cozumel was really hot. Everyone got really sunburnt. After looking through some shops in Playa Del Carmen, we headed down to the beach for a dip in the ocean so Mike could see some topless women. We saw quite a few it was very unpleasant but Mike was happy!! We got on the water taxi and headed back to Cozumel, did a little bit more shopping and then boarded the boat again. Yesterday we were stuck on the ship all day. We soaked up the last day of sun before we had to get off the ship. There was some pretty good entertainment around the pool, met a couple from Colorado. He is a prison guard and she is a nurse at the prison. They had to drive 20 hours today to get home. Very nice people. Today we got off the cruise ship around 8am and arrived at the Houston airport around 11. Our flight doesn't leave until 6pm so we decided to head down to the Deer Brooke mall to look around and kill time and to maybe pick up some last minute souvenirs. Any last minute requests???? Anyhow we will see ya'll later. Hope you are having fun in the snow!!!!!!! We should be back in Calgary around 9:30 tonight. Talk to ya'll later.

We just went to Jamaica mon!!!!
Hey everyone,
Yesterday we just layed around the boat, obviously!! It was really hot and sunny. Everyone got really sunburned except Stacey. The Buffets are great, if we ever lose Melissa we know where to find her!!! Mike also somehow found a way to lose his shirt overboard....we will just say he is a typical tourist stopping to take a picture and not holding his shirt in the wind of the ship.
Today we went to Jamaica Mon!!! It was different. First we climbed the Dunns Falls (a 600 ft waterfall) it was incredible. After that we went on a private tour of the island. Up through the countryside and Fern Gully. We tried coconut milk, sugarcane and jerk chicken. The food was very spicy. Mike and mom seemed to down a few Red Stripes too. The people here are very aggressive in selling their goods. Stacey even got sucked in to buy $20 worth of creepy statue faces. Other then that it is a beautiful island. Absolutely amazing. Everyone had fun. The people are very laid back and friendly. It is also very hot and humid down here. But overall Jamaica is a must see for everyone!! Jamaica No Problem......Bye Mon!!!!

FINALLY ABOARD
So we finally got to Galveston on February 18. We found out our ship was delayed about 5 hours so we had to find something to do for 5 hours.......luckily Mardi Gras was on in Galveston. So we headed down the streets of Galveston and caught beads and drank beer. At 8pm we were finally aboard. The ship is huge. 11 decks...waterfalls....glass elevators...and lots of bars!!! The pool still doesnt have water but we are expecting it to be filled sometime tonight. The ship had been in dry dock being refurbished, but everything isnt finished quite yet. One of the Cafes is closed so lunch lines are pretty long. The ship is swaying and vibrating and Joanne was sick half the night. She is better today. It has been a long haul getting on the ship, but we are finally settled. We should be arriving in Jamaica about 8:30 Wednesday morning. Talk to you all later.

We're in Texas Ya'll
Hey everyone, right now we are in San Antonio, Texas. Last night we went to the Riverwalk and had supper at the Lonestar Cafe. Mike and mom both had a jug of beer and mom got goofy. The Riverwalk was beautiful, with very old buildings and lots of palm trees and flowers. The weather here isnt very warm, it was actually warmer in Calgary yesterday then it was here. Everyone here is in winter parkas because they think it is so cold even though it is about plus five. Right now we are just off to see the Alamo and then later we will be headed back towards Houston and getting picked up at the airport tomorrow to go get on our cruise ship. Talk to ya'll later.
